The 2022 Industry Report is live!

In partnership with Dr. Rachael Pettigrew from the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University, DirectHer is excited to launch our 2022 industry report, “Pathways to Board Work for Women and Gender Diverse People: Understanding Experiences and Barriers”. 

Within this report you will find a summary of:

• the current gender representation on not-for-profit, government and for-profit boards,

• what’s driving participation on various types of boards,

• the barriers preventing representative participation on not-for-profit, government and for-profit boards, and

• importantly, tangible tips for boards to improve meaningful diversity on their boards.
