Life and business are about the simple things for Shashi – the pleasure of seeking something new, learning from experts in their fields, and cheering on the people that are growing into their roles. She tries to do this with laughter, curiosity, and lots of questions.

For us to no longer require a qualifier. There is no "woman" or "BIPOC" leader, board member, or CEO. We are all just leaders in our respective fields.
